Manual Tilt Shallow Water Drive
The three-step shallow water drive system allows you to partially tilt the engine for shallow water operation, preventing the engine from hitting the bottom. Handy for operating in shallow rivers, estuaries, creeks and when coming in to shore.
Engine Rest Pad
The rest-pads allow the engine to be laid and stored vertically on its back. Alternatively, it can be laid on its side if more space is available. The advanced leak-proof oil system ensures hassle-free transport and storage without oil leaks.
Alternator
The 12 Volt 10 Amp high-output alternator ensures that power is always available to start the engine, even after long periods of idling. Provides sufficient power to run an array of electronic devices.
Twin Cylinder SOHC Engine
Small in size, but big in performance, the 362cc, 15HP, 2-cylinder, single overhead camshaft (SOHC), four-stroke engine is lightweight and portable. Suitable for tinnies, inflatables and poly boats.
Fresh Water Flushing Device
Simply connect a garden hose to the outboard's input port to flush out salt and debris without starting the engine. This helps prevent corrosion, extends the life of the outboard and keeps things nice and quiet for your neighbours.
Electric and Prime Start
Convenience and ease of push button starting. Exclusive to Yamaha, PrimeStart™ makes starting as easy as starting a car. Eliminates the need for a choke or revving in neutral for cold starts, automatically controlling the 'warming up' process.
